I'm literally screaming from excitement!! The wait has been worth it. I absolutely enjoyed the game! Although some puzzles were a bit difficult to understand because of the Chinese letters and I had no choice but to take a hint. Also the puzzle where you have to enter some characters before the ghost approaches was super difficult given the short amount of time the letters flashed on screen. But overall it was amazing! Can't wait for more parts of Paper Bride!!
I usually don't give reviews, but I had to for this one. It was AMAZING!!!! You all worked really hard for this! The gameplay and puzzles were fantastic and I loved the relationship of characters. Art was fabulous too. Only thing I had problem with was Chinese letter puzzles especially the one at very end, where you write infront of ghost with red ink and escape. I don't know Chinese, so I had trouble recognising letters and timer was up before I completed it. So, I ended up skipping it.
I love these games so much. Amazing graphics, storytelling, and variety of puzzles. Satisfyingly challenging and I never get sick of how you have to bounce around rooms and how the usable items blend right into the art. It would be so much improved though if they were able to turn more of the chinese characters into symbols, the puzzles are really time consuming just for memorizing/ writing down all the unfamiliar lettering. It does get annoying but the game is still amazing!!!
